Graduated from the Police University, Jakarta in 1975 and from the Law faculty of Ubhara Surabaya (University of Bhayangkara) in 1995. Mr. Roesmanhadi also earned his Magister Management degree for Finance from Ubhara (Univesity of Bhayangkara) Jakarta in 2000. In 2001 he received a license from BAPEPAM (Capital Market Supervisory Board) as a Capital Market Lawyer. In 2003 he earned his Magister of Law degree from University of Gajah Mada - Yogyakarta.
